Off the beach, someone fishing from Dionis can expect to land a lot of bluefish during the day light hours. In the evening, you can stay in the same area and expect to catch bass.  Use metals or soft baits for the most success.  We are still seeing schools of mackerel off of the shore and even saw a couple of big schools off of the south shore yesterday.  We are having big schools of bass push in along the south shore beaches.  This fishing seems to be feast or famine.  Everything is continuing to improve- go wet a line
